The skirt is a very easy make.No pattern is required,
just cut out the different lengths of fabric,
follow the easy direction's and sew together.
Jamie has also many free clothing patterns on her blog.

I first hemmed the skirt
and used the stitching line as my guide
for laying the ribbon and then
used a decorative stitch from my machine.
Scrunchie was made following link below
but I sewed the two ends of the elastic together
instead of tying a knot.
